b) Non-Account Users (Quiz Takers)

• Non-account users can take quizzes shared with them without creating an account.

• Non-account users cannot create or manage quizzes, nor access analytics or saved progress.
• We collect minimal data from quiz takers, such as responses and device/browser information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the Service

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
• Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

4. User Content

• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

Mindseek may use artificial intelligence to generate questions, answers, or feedback. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.
